This page covers the Sounds Pro website and its waitlist. Updated 15 October 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address and, if you give one, your answer to the question about a plugin you bought and never really used. That is all the form asks for.

Why

• To email you when Sounds Pro is ready to try.
• To send the occasional short note on how it is coming along.
• To learn which plugins people struggle with, so Sounds Pro explains those first.

We use your details only for these purposes. We do not sell them or share them for anyone else’s marketing. We hold them because you asked to join, and you can change your mind at any time.

Where it is kept

The waitlist is stored with Brevo, which sends our emails, on servers in the European Union. The website runs on Cloudflare. Both act only on our instructions.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts.

Your choices

Every update we send has an unsubscribe link, which takes you off the list straight away. You can also ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted by replying to any email from us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until we stop running the waitlist, whichever comes first. After that your details are deleted.
